Go through the list and tick what applies. First box (blue) means you already do it or like doing it. Second box (red) means you would like to try it. Leave the rest blank. Not sure what a hobby is? Tap its name to see what it means. Small everyday things count too, there is a section for those.
When you are done, press Copy at the bottom and paste it wherever you were asked to.
